Hi, my name is Shanlee - the heart behind the lens at Shanlee Raeann Photography.

I’m a fun, laid-back photographer based in Calgary, AB, specializing in family, maternity, and newborns. I’ve spent the last 5 years capturing real moments for real families, because those are the ones that matter most. Whether you’re expecting your first baby, wrangling toddlers, or gathering generations together, I’m here to help you press pause and make those memories tangible.

I believe photography should feel effortless and meaningful. My goal is to create a space where you can relax, connect with your people, and actually enjoy the experience so your photos reflect how it felt, not just how it looked.

I started this journey because after becoming a mom, I realized how fleeting those little moments are. One minute they’re babbling and playing with their toes and the next they’re off to grade 1.
