Frequently asked questions
Are any travel expenses included?
All my packages include 50 km round trip from my home in Calgary. For anything over this, there is a 70c/km fee.
How many images do we get?
Each session is different, but I deliver all the photos that are usable. There is no picking and choosing a specific amount.
Do you retouch the images?
I hand edit each image you receive, but I only perform minimal photoshopping. Temporary blemishes like acne and snot (kids, I tell ya) are edited out whereas things like scars, tattoos, and birthmarks are not.
Can you help us with styling?
Definitely! I’m always available to help with wardrobes or color palettes if need be. I also include a styling guide with your preshoot package.
What is your turn around time?
I will send over a sneak peek within 24-72 hours after your photoshoot and the final gallery will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
Where can we go for our photoshoot?
Wherever you love to spend time! Whether that’s at home, a local park, or somewhere you like to visit. My shoots are always very relaxed so I am happy to do whatever you like to do. If you’re stuck and want some ideas, we can chat more about this before the shoot (I have lots of places around Calgary that I love).
What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel?
There is a $50 fee if you wish to reschedule. In the event of bad weather or illness, the session will be moved at no additional fee. In the event you want to cancel, that's perfectly fine, but the retainer fee is nonrefundable
How do we receive our photos?
You will be emailed a client gallery where you can download your photos from. You will have to option to download either a web size version, or print size version.

From there I can answer any further questions you have and send you a questionnaire, contract, and invoice. The retainer fee must be paid and the contract signed for the photoshoot to be official.
